This is a wonderful book - I use this book a lot and highly recommend it. The book contains fascinating knowledge, photos, tips and opens a new world of understanding marmas and their enormous value. The authors do a great job in making this knowledge accessible to people new to marma therapy.However, be sure your copy comes in COLOR. I know several people who ordered the book from this seller (including me) and received a copy with black and white photos even though the description says " A clear, full colour illustrated guide to Marma therapy..." When the book arrived, I put it aside for my marma class that was to start a few months later. When I realized my copy was defective, I requested a refund but the seller refused saying it was too late.Comparing the black and white to color versions - the color is much more charming but more importantly, helps to understand the diagrams. So, DO get the book, but be sure the copy you receive is in color.
